11th Annual Fall Family Event on Neutaconkanut Hill

For our final Land Trust Days event, Neutaconkanut Hill Conservancy along with the Providence Parks Department, the RI Land Trust and the Blackstone Heritage Corridor invite you to enjoy our 11th annual Fall Family Event.
Come seize a fine fall day! We plan to have: guided hikes, story tellers, a fire truck, marshmallows to roast, live music, a mounted command horse and more! Please continue to check back here for updates to the event time and/or other details for this very special event.
Dress for the day’s weather – be sure to wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes. This 11th annual Fall Family Eventis suitable for all ages. Little ones must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Dogs on a leash are also welcomed. Insect repellent is recommended year round as a precaution against ticks which carry Lyme Disease. There are no bathroom facilities on site.
Our fall event is free and open to the public. Donations are gladly accepted to help the Conservancy maintain the hill and hiking trails.
Questions? If the 11th annual Fall Family Event is postponed or cancelled, it will be posted on the NHC Facebook page , on the Friday the day before. The alternate date is planned be the following day, Sunday the 13th, for the same times.
Directions: Enter through the Legion Memorial Drive gate and we will direct you to parking along the top of the hill. Overflow parking will be available at bottom of hill, 120 Killingly Street, Providence. You are most welcome to walk up the hill to join us!
