Volunteers-In-Parks Skills Workshop: Essentrics®- Full Body Strengthening and Stretch Class

Get your body ready for spring activities! Join volunteer instructor Raindrop Fisher for a one-hour, slow-movement, stretch and strengthening exercise using all 650 muscles of the body to develop strong bones, gain balance and reduce or eliminate joint pain.

The exercises engage every muscle to slim the waist, improve posture, boost energy, increase mobility, and gain strength, balance and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and water.
