On the first Saturday of each month, the Museum of Work & Culture opens its doors an hour early at 9am for for families seeking a low sensory, less crowded environment in which to enjoy the Museum.  During this "SensAbilities Saturday" time, trained staff and volunteers are on hand to provide supplementary tools and offer tours to visiting families who have children with special needs.

Learn how maple syrup is made as park staff and volunteers at River Bend Farm Maple Sugar Days take visitors through a guided tour of the art and science of tapping maple trees, gathering sap, and producing maple syrup.   Free tours will be offered to the general public on a first-come, first-served basis at 11 a.m., Noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m., and last about 90 minutes.
