Green Festival

As we prepare to leave the chill of winter behind and look forward to the warmth of spring, we’re thrilled to announce that the Green Festival is marking its 16th year! None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our community friends, longstanding vendors, and enthusiastic participants. Your ongoing dedication is truly appreciated, and we’re eager to welcome both familiar faces and newcomers alike to this year’s event.

If you’ve been with us before, we can’t wait to reconnect with you. And if you’re considering joining us for the first time, we’re excited to extend a warm welcome.

For those who may be unfamiliar with the Green Festival, let us share our mission with you. Each year, we gather in northern Rhode Island to educate and raise awareness about critical issues such as energy conservation, renewable resources, recycling, environmental advocacy, and sustainable living practices. Our Festival proudly offers free admission and vendor registration, alongside a diverse array of family-friendly activities.

This year, we’re delighted to announce that the Festival will take place on May 4th from 10AM to 1PM, with a rain date scheduled for May 18th. Join us outdoors at 75 Tinkham Lane, Harrisville, RI 02830, as we come together to celebrate and learn.

Furthermore, we’re thrilled to introduce a community yard sale alongside the Green Festival, promoting the reuse of gently loved items. It’s a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community while supporting sustainability efforts.
