Hike the Moshassuck River Preserve
EVENT: Moshassuck River PreserveDATE: Saturday, October 14, 2023 – 9:00 A.M.TOWN: LincolnDISTANCE: 3 miles +/-DIFFICULTLY: Fairly easy, some hillsMEETING LOCATION: Parking Lot at bend in Sherman Avenue by Fairlawn Country Club (41.914662, -71.442610)DESCRIPTION:One of the newest trail systems in the state and hands down one of the nicest. We will do a 3-mile loop, passing a dam, a historic cemetery, a balancing boulder, and the Moshassuck River. This hike will be done at a leisurely pace, so be sure to bring your camera! Also, be sure to wear bug spray and to bring some water.
