Snowshoe Hike

Bring your snowshoes and enjoy this easy pace winter hike through Upton State Forest.  Enjoy this winter wonderland as we snowshoe down to Dean Pond and follow Loop Road back.  This will be a 3.5 mile hike, some areas may be steep and more strenuous if icy.  If there is no snow on the ground, wear your hiking boots to walk the same path.  Be prepared for cold weather, dress in layers an avoid cotton clothing.  Appropriate footwear is required,…

Canal Walk

Join us on a guided walk along the Blackstone Canal.  Find out about the canal's historical and cultural significance and its role in the farm to factory transformation of the Blackstone Valley.  All walks end at start location.  If conditions permit, bring snowshoes and hiking poles.  All ages welcome.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
